Choosing an Administrator

Identifying the right person to be your administrator.

To begin the onboarding process for your enterprise, you will first need to identify an employee to serve as your Organizational Administrator. This user will be responsible for managing access to your Olive Helps Organization, and will have special controls for customizing how your employees interact with the Loop Library.

We recommend that this individual is an IT System Administrator that has access to admin privileges for software used at your facility.
