How to get support for an issue you are experience with a Loop.
To get support on a loop you can navigate through our Help Center flow.
- 1.Select the menu in the top right corner of the Helps' sidebar.
- 2.After selecting Help Center you should see a window that allows you to either report a problem with Olive Helps application or a lop you have installed. Select Report a Problem with a Loop.
- 3.From there, you should see a dropdown that allows you to select one of the loops you have installed. Select the loop you would like to report an issue with or supply feedback on.
- 4.Lastly, the window should now provide directions on how to contact the loop author in regards to receiving support. Each loop is made by a different author or different company therefore this flow provides you the right guidance on who to contact.
