To search for content across all Knowledge Areas in the Loop, first select the Loop from the dropdown in the global search bar and enter your search term.
You can type a full Category or Subcategory name to pull up its contents. You can also search for a word within a topic name, or a topic’s designated keywords to pull it up. If you want to search for the contents within a topic, search for a phrase or a few words that the content contains.
